building a d/combinator

Ethereum has capital, but lacks a repeatable engine for durable teams. I’ll present a Swiss-built d/combinator for d/acc: privacy-first cohorts + pop-up villages feeding a permanent neutral hub that compounds alumni, trust, and throughput.
